REFUND POLICY

At The Racks Aesthetics, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. We have a NO return policy unless your item is damaged, defective, or the wrong size.

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be in the same condition as when you received it (unworn or unused).
  • The item should still have its tags and be in its original packaging.
  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us via email at theracksaesthetics@gmail.com. If the return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to return the item. Please note that any items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

We encourage you to inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If your item is damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately to address the issue. We are committed to resolving the matter promptly.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain types of products cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom products (e.g., special orders, personalized items)
  • Personal care products (e.g., beauty items)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Additionally, sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

EXCHANGES

For exchanges, we recommend returning the item and making a separate purchase for the replacement item once the return is approved.

EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period. This means you can return the item for any reason within 14 days, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The item must be in its original condition, unworn, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • The receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Please note that this 14-day cooling-off period does not apply to the Nigerian market, and we adhere to the Nigerian Consumer Protection Council guidelines for local returns.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or Credit Card Company to reflect the refund in your account.

If 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you have not received your refund, please contact us at theracksaesthetics@gmail.com.
